Jimmy’s Chili

INGREDIENTS

4 ounces olive oil
2 lbs chili ground chuck
1 lb ground beef
4 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 medium onions (chopped)
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
3 teaspoons beef bouillon paste (or 3 Beef Bouillon Cubes)
24 ounces boiling water
2 tablespoons Mexican chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano
3⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons regular chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin

DIRECTIONS

Step 1.
-In an 8qt Stock Pot, brown all ground meat in olive oil.
-While meat is browning prepare three cups of beef bouillon. In a separate small pot add 3 tsps of Bouillon Paste or 3 Beef Bouillon Cubes to 24oz boiling water until dissolved.
