Apple and coconut cake

Ingredients :
2Apples
3Eggs
100g Brown sugar
150g Flour
50g Grated coconut
1 sachet Baking powder
5cl Milk
150g Butter
Calories = Medium
Preparation steps :
Preheat the oven to th 6 (180° C).
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.
Whip the eggs with the sugar, then add the yeast, the coconut and the flour. Mix together.
Pour in the melted butter and milk. Finish by incorporating the apples, and pour the preparation into a buttered and coconut-lined cake tin.
Bake for 40 minutes and turn out onto a wire rack
