°1 tsp olive or vegetable oil
°2 minced garlic cloves or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
°1 lb. medium uncooked peeled deveined shrimp, tails removed
°1/3 cup stir-fry sauce
°4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
°2 teaspoons of honey
°1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
°1 tablespoon lemon juice

In a 10-inch non-stick skillet, heat the oil over high heat until hot. Add garlic and shrimp; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm.
2Add all remaining ingredients; stir to combine. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until the sauce has the desired consistency.
