Ingredients
1 kilo anchovy fish
1 teaspoon salt
Cup cornstarch
4 tablespoons of oil
How to prepare
We wash the fish well and clean it, then put it in a plate, add salt and stir until the fish mixes well with the salt.
Put the cornstarch in a bowl and cover each fish well on all sides and set aside for a few minutes
Grease a frying pan with four tablespoons of oil and protect it well, then add the fish pieces and fry for about 8-10 minutes.
Turn the anchovy pieces on the other side until they are crunchy and delicious on all sides.
Drain the fish well from the oil and put it in a serving dish with lemon slices, so that it is ready.
