Lemon Pound Cake

Ingredients
°250 g of flour
°250 g of sugar
°250 g of butter
°4 eggs
°1 packet of dry yeast
°The juice of a lemon
°Lemon zest (preferably organic!)
*Preparation
In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar and baking powder. Add the eggs one by one and mix.
Melt the butter and add it to the previous mixture.
Zest your lemon, then squeeze it and add everything to your dough.
In a cake mold, lightly buttered (personally, I put parchment paper in my mold) and bake for 45 minutes at 180°. Remember to check the cooking with a knife, the blade must come out dry.
Leave to cool before unmolding.
Enjoy cold with tea or coffee.
