APPLE, CHERRIES/BLUBERRIES BRAIDED STRUDEL RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
◾️570 g flour
◾️100 g melted butter
◾️2 eggs
◾️50 g sugar
◾️250 ml warm milk
◾️6 g dry yeast
◾️1/2 teaspoon salt
For apple filling:
◾️2 apples,
◾️2 tablespoons of sugar,
◾️1 handful of chopped almonds,
◾️1 tablespoon of cornstarch,
◾️50-70 ml of water.
For blueberry filling:
◾️100-150 g of frozen cherries and blueberries (or other berries),
◾️2 tablespoons of sugar,
◾️1 tablespoon of corn starch,
◾️50-70 ml of water
INSTRUCTIONS:
◾️Make wraps with fillings as shown below.
◾️Bake in an oven preheated to 180°c degrees, for 30 minutes.
