One-Pot Sweet and Spicy BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup water
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the BBQ sauce.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them with the BBQ sauce.
Transfer the chicken wings and the remaining sauce to a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven. Pour in water and stir to combine.
Cover the pot and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken wings are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
Remove the pot from the oven and uncover it. Turn on the broiler and broil the chicken wings for 2-3 minutes, or until they are crispy and caramelized.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired, and serve hot.
