Double Cheeseburger, Cheese Fries, and Barbecue Chicken:

Double Cheeseburger:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 slices American cheese
4 hamburger buns
4 lettuce leaves
4 tomato slices
4 pickle slices
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
Instructions:
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Mix together with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions, and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
Grill the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on top of each burger and let it melt.
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Assemble the burgers by spreading 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a pickle slice, and a burger patty with melted cheese. Spread 1 tbsp of ketchup and 1 tsp of mustard on the top half of each bun, and place it on top of the burger.
Serve the double cheeseburgers immediately, and enjoy!

4 large potatoes, cut into fries
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fries from the oven, and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return the baking sheet to the oven, and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the fries from the oven, and sprinkle with chopped green onions and parsley.
Serve the cheese fries immediately, and enjoy!
