TWO FLAVORS STRAWBERRY AND YOGURT ICE CREAM πŸ˜‹
Ingredients:
500 grams. of strawberries cut into pieces
250 ml whipping cream or whipping cream 35% M.G. (must be cold)
180 ml of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
Preparation:
1. We start the preparation of our strawberry ice cream, for this, in a low temperature pan, add the cut strawberries, the spoonful of sugar and let cook for about 15 minutes or until it takes a texture like the jam, then remove from the fire and shred.
2. In a bowl we add the crushed strawberries, condensed milk and with the help of electric sticks (can be manual sticks too) beat until the ingredients are well integrated.
3. In another vessel we added the cream to mount and with the electric rods, beat until the cream is assembled, this process will take a few minutes, you must have patience, in what you see that already marked the grooves of the rods and that the cream has a more solid texture, this list (the cream must be very cold just like the container and sticks we are going to use).
4. We take some of the whipped cream and add it to the mixture of strawberries and condensed milk, then with the help of a spatula, integrate little by little with surrounding motions, incorporate this mixture to the rest of the whipped cream, and continue mixing little by little with surrounding movements until perfectly integrated.
5. We pour the mixture in a container and flatten on top so that it stays uniform, cover with vegetable paper as shown in the video and take to the freezer for a minimum of 12 hours (you can prepare it from the night before).
6. We removed from the freezer and left it for a few minutes at room temperature, then with the help of a ball puller we took several portions, served them in a container and we already have our delicious homemade strawberry ice cream ready!! enjoy (you can decorate with syrup, strawberries, cookies or whatever you like).
YOGURT ICE CREAM πŸ˜‹
Ingredients:
400 ml of mounting cream
3 cda sugar (add more if you’re sweet)
4 Sweetened Greek Yoghurt
Preparation:
1. Put the cream in the bowl that we are going to use to whip it, and put it in the freezer for a few minutes. This will make the cold cream go up better.
2. With the cold cream, we throw the sugar and start to assemble it. We’ll see that slowly the cream thickens. We keep beating until firm peaks and grooves form.
3. We incorporate Greek yogurt and mix it with surrounding movements.
4. Put the mixture in a tupper with cover in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours, If you are going to present it in a tray, line the tupper with film and so it will be easy to unmold
5. Before serving, leave it out of the freezer for a few minutes. We decorated it with a peppermint leaf
