Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for extra flavor)

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare Cauliflower: Wash and dry the cauliflower florets. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Season: Drizzle olive oil over the florets. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss well to coat evenly.

  4. Bake: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Add Cheese (Optional): If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting.

  6. Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
