Ingredients:

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets 
- 
2 tbsp olive oil 
- 
1/2 tsp salt 
- 
1/2 tsp black pepper 
- 
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
- 
1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for extra flavor) 
- 
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional) 
- 
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish) 
Instructions:
- 
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- 
Prepare Cauliflower: Wash and dry the cauliflower florets. Place them in a large mixing bowl. 
- 
Season: Drizzle olive oil over the florets. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss well to coat evenly. 
- 
Bake: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. 
- 
Add Cheese (Optional): If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting. 
- 
Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
