Apple pie in 10 minutes, my family keeps asking when I’ll bake it again
4 eggs
200 g sugar
120 g butter
120 ml milk
2 tsp baking powder
7 apples
280 g flour
Preparation
Here’s how I do it: First, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Then, bring the butter and milk to a boil and pour it into the egg and sugar mixture while it’s still hot (!).
Now mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in.
Then quarter the apples (peel them if desired), remove the cores, and slice them.
Now grease and flour a baking sheet.
Next, arrange the apple slices in rows, sprinkle them with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, and spread the batter on top.
Then bake in the preheated oven at 165°C for about 30-45 minutes. Done!
