Ingredients :
3 fresh eggs
2 large Chicken fillets
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of your favorite spices
2 tablespoons of corn starch
Oil, for frying
Fresh Lettuce, for serving
Directions :
In a bowl, beat the eggs until well scrambled. Set aside.
Cut the chicken fillets into strips and season with minced garlic and spices.
Dredge each chicken strip in corn starch, then dip into the beaten eggs, and then back into the corn starch.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken strips until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serve hot with fresh lettuce on the side.
Tips :
Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying the chicken to ensure a crispy exterior.
Feel free to mix up the spices to create different flavor profiles for your chicken strips.
You can also bake the chicken strips in the oven for a healthier alternative.
