INGREDIENTS :
(for 2-3 servings)
200 g dark chocolate (or half and half milk)
200g heavy cream 30%
100g mascarpone
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 Oreo cookies
100g raspberries
fresh fresh mint for garnish
PREPARATION :
Melt the chocolate, fill the paper cups with it, turn them over so that the excess drips off. cool. Repeat the process one more time to make the chocolate layer a bit thicker. Chill in the fridge to set. Then carefully separate the jars from the paper by tearing it.
Whip the cream with the mascarpone, icing sugar and vanilla extract. Fill the jars with cream, mixing the raspberries and the crushed Oreos (without garnish). Sprinkle Oreos over desserts and garnish with fresh mint and remaining raspberries. Enjoy your food
