Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl

INGREDIENTS

1 (14 ounce) package smoked sausage
1 cup of chopped cooked chicken breast
1 cup shredded carrot
3 cups shredded cabbage
Sauce
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Saute cabbage, carrots, cooked chicken and sausage for 20 minutes (covered).
Add sauce to dish and cook for another 10 minutes (covered).
