World’s best cookie dough with 300g butter and 500g flour
Our dough is quick and easy to make, with just a few ingredients that you definitely have at home.
Super fine, buttery and wonderfully tender.
Versatile for different types of cookies.
Also great for baking with children.
Great for freezing.
Ingredients
500 g flour
1 tbsp baking powder
100 g sugar
3 tsp vanilla sugar
1 medium-sized egg
300 g butter, cold, cut into pieces
Preparation
First preheat the oven to 170 °C fan.
Then mix all the ingredients for the dough together in a bowl with an electric mixer.
Next, roll out the dough and cut out the cookies using the cookie cutters you have chosen.

Line the baking tray(s) with baking paper and place the cookies on it. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.
