Quick pudding croissants prepared in 20 minutes
140 g sugar
1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
2 egg yolks
260 g flour, plain
160 g butter, soft
2 tbsp milk
Icing sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Preparation
This is how I make them: first put the flour and the other ingredients in a bowl one after the other and knead into a dough with a hand mixer, then knead a little more with your hands.
Next, form the dough into a 2 cm thick roll and cut into 1 cm thick pieces.
Now form the pieces of dough into rolls and then bend them into croissants and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Then put them in the middle of the preheated oven.
The baking temperature: 180 degrees, baking time: approx. 12 minutes.
Then mix the icing sugar with the vanilla sugar and sprinkle the croissants with it while they are still hot. Done!
