Super soft bread rolls: the recipe to make them really delicious
Ingredients :
350 g flour
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
2 eggs
200 ml) milk
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
1 tablespoon of butter

Directions :
Mix flour with coconut, eggs, milk, dry yeast and work into a loaf. Add the butter and work again for 10 minutes, then let rise until it doubles.
Cut the dough and divide it into equal portions, form the sandwiches and let them rest for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the coconut flour over the dough and bake at 356°F (180°) for 18 minutes, also insert a bowl of water. Cover the rolls with aluminum foil and let them sit for another 5 minutes.
