Cotton cheesecake recipe

3-ingredient cotton cheesecake: moist and ready in minutes
Ingredients :
3 eggs
120g white chocolate
120g cream cheese
Directions :
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, then whisk the yolks with the cream cheese. Whisk the egg whites separately and add the melted white chocolate. Add everything, mix and pour into a pan. Place in another larger pan and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15 minutes, then at 160°C (320°F) for another 15 minutes.
